      T.A. Pacific Limted estiablished in 2012. We focus on wleding torch/Machine spare parts, electronics cables/PCB, Plastics Mold and Injection molding.

2.  Question:  What we can do for you?

     We have different sourcing for welding industries, we manage sourcing of existed products or new project management for you in China,with advantage of location in China and knowing how to manage suppliers, we can handle your product/project in a efficient and proper way, to save your cost and time.

3. Question: What's the lead time of different parts?

    Depends on different products,  details as below:

   Spare parts:  3 weeks.

   Cables: 3 weeks.

   New Mold: 4-8 weeks. (from the time mold design approved to T1).

   Injection molding: 3-4 weeks.

4. Question: How can you assure the lead time?

  We have rolling forecast to supplier for safe stock level  for standard (existed) products, supplier will prepare the material/components/ semi-products in advance, this enable us to get the proudcts in short lead time.  For new developed project like mold making, we have weekly schedule update to customer, this will help us to check and stick with the time schedule, to ensure the promised lead time.

5. Question:  What's the MOQ?

 We will give the MOQ information when we quote the products, normally we will give different price with different MOQ, base on our standard MOQ and your requsted quantity.

6. Question: How can you gurantee the quality?

 We have our own quality control system,  each product has its own Qualtiy Control Plan (QCP),  this QCP will be set up once product moved to T.A or part been approved, and this QCP will be shared for Customer, Supplier and TA QA department, with this document, we have the same inspection stardard for imcoming / outgoing checking to ensure the products with good quality.

7. Question: What software you are using for product engineering files?

For 2D files, we use AutoCAD, and for 3D files, we use Solidworks, Pro-E, UG.

8. Question: What kind of spare parts you can supply?

MIG spare parts:  Swanneck, Tip adaptor, Contact tip, Nozzle, nozzle spring, Cable assembly, liner, central connector etc...

TIG spare parts:  Torch body, back cap, Collet body, Gas lens, Ceramic cup, power cable package etc...

9. Question: What about your reply time?

 Communication is very important in our working, we usually reply to our customer within 24 hours, quick response is our advantage.

10. Question: What is your working hour?

We work every week Monday to Friday,  from 8:30 AM to 6:00PM.
